My Lords and Ladies,

It is my understanding that the Imperial Web Minister has requested links, recommended publications (books, magazines, etc), and articles for inclusion on the Imperial Website as a method of furthering our educational mandate.

I have already submitted two Primers on my area (the Crusades and the Crusading Movement) as well as a list of general publications and resources.

I hereby request my fellow members of the Order of St. Jude to answer this call and forward their own list(s) of publications and resources to further enrich the base of knowledge of all of the members of our great Empire.

Can I submit the teaching materials, articles, and other documents that I am putting together for my ministry project to the Order of St. Jude for consideration as a member? My project is (in case someone doesn't know) to put together a series of six classes over the course of the year. The classes are hands-on classes to teach populace members some history and give them an experience with a medieval/renaissance art/craft/activity. The idea is to increase what people know and what they can do by giving them introductory experiences that will hopefully encourage them to learn more and do more. So far I have taught two period dyeing classes. Next, I will be teaching how to make a nine man's morris board inside a pouch, play the game, and a brief history of the game. I'm currently writing a history of wassailing for publication in the Vega newsletter and to use with the wassailing class in which I'll be teaching people to sing some traditional wassailing songs. There will be two more classes after that- topics are not yet decided.
I'm not really interested in creating a persona biography, per se. I have always imagined two distinct Lady Kathryns- one medieval and one renaissance, who appear as the setting requires.
