But it is warming up... slowly...

We're finally getting some snow. Still not what we need, but I had 1/4" of snow on my car this morning. Thankfully, it's relatively warm - I woke up to the sound of rainfall, when I saw the snow I was pretty worried about ice.

None yet, fingers crossed.

As a note, I have received nothing from this past Imperial Estates. Also, I never officially received the Arts Handbook or Manual of Arts and Sciences approved at the 2009 Imperial Estates.

I haven't received minutes yet...

Archon Sir Wolfe, I don't know where the electronic copies are, but I believe I have multiple hard copies of the Arts Documents. Off the top of my head, I believe Dame Ailean wrote those.

My sincere apologies for taking so long to get this out. The IE Minutes have been sent to those Imperial Electors that I had an e-mail address for. If you did not get it, please send me a good e-mail address for you. Once I get a majority of the Electors to pass the minutes, I will send them to the Imperial Webminister.
