Insurance for the ECS

My Lords and Ladies of the Empire,

I no longer handle the insurance aspect of the ECS, Inc.
I would highly recommend that whoever took care of the insurance this year forward the insurance dec sheets to the following individuals:

1. The King and Queen of Galandor and Vega;
2. The Territorial Heads of both Galandor and Vega.

The insurance dec sheet is what the promoters and various city, county, and state entities request from this organization in order to allow the ECS, Inc. to hold or participate in various events throughout the country.
It is the evidence that the ECS is insured and in what amount.
Forwarding this information to these individuals will make it easier for the Kingdom and Territories to hold and participate in events for their members.
If you have any question about what this document looks like, please let me know.
Thank you.

In Service,

Lord Sir Paul de Marseilles

My Lords and Ladies of the Empire,

I do not wish to give offense to anyone.
However, the insurance dec sheet is usually one of the prerequisites which is requested of any city, county or state entity to get an space to hold an event or to participate at events such as a Renn Faire.
This documentation really needs to get out to the regional and local officers so this organization can hold and participate in events.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Paul de Marseilles

I have been asked for a copy of the insurance binder from our Crown War Autocrat. Is there any estimate of when this will be available?

Your Majesty,

Please give me a call.
An insurance binder is fairly different from what is normally requested as evidence of insurance
I knew that Clark County would be requesting the evidence of insurance for this upcoming Crown War fairly soon.
If we cannot get the most recent dec sheet to them, Crown War (Kingdom of Vega) will become rather problematic.
Many thanks.

Paul

Thank you for the information Sir Paul.

Mr. President, is there a timeline for when the insurance dec sheet will be available?

Brother,

I fear that I have not handled the insurance aspect of the ECS for a quite some time now.
I have spoken with Myn.
I should be receiving the necessary documentation in the immediate future.
Once I have received it, I will forward it to the Territorial Heads for their use for upcoming events.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
Many thanks.

Paul
