Re: Equipment Ownership

But doesn't the waiver protect us from all liability? If that's the case, then it would be in our interest for the ECS to own all loaner equipment as the ECS would be protected but an individual would not.

Other issues could be taken care of in a variety of ways.

Re: Knight Errant

Don't forget that last provision. If anyone abuses the Errancy, action can be taken. Besides, you still can't fight in closed shinai lists.

Re: Knight Errant

We actually looked at the voting rights for 2nd and 3rd level knights, but then determined that this is just for knighthood. The appropriate level of Estates should take up the voting aspect. We thought it would be stepping on toes that we shouldn't if we started making decisions about that.

Knight Errant

Since I haven't gotten any response from this on the Imperial Electors board, I'm going to post it here in hopes of getting something. Galandor is asking the Imperial Estates to approve the following on a trial basis. Knight Errancy: 1. Knight Errant: A Knight who can no longer fulfill his or her du...

Re: Unto the Imperial Minister of Combat

There currently is no Imperial Minister of Combat, however, the IMoC is very clear about how to go about getting a new weapon approved. Start with testing it outside of official events. When you believe that it works, the your Kingdom Marshal to have him authorize level 2 testing, which allows testi...

Re: Double Elim Bracket

I actually did up a double elimination bracket in Excel. How big does this print out? I had to go to 2 sheets to get the thing to print large enough to actually be able to use it. That would be my only concern.

Re: Banner War Competition

I believe it's houses only, because house members overlap with Orders and Guilds. I suppose that if all members of the Order or Guild decided to compete as one and not part of their individual houses that might be ok. I'll run it past Lorelei and find out for sure.

Re: Banner War Competition

That's right. As for the type of cobbler, that's negotiable. If we get a reasonable consensus on what people would like, we can bring a couple of choices.

Banner War Competition

Banner War is coming! I know, with the holidays, it seems so far away, but Banner War will be upon us in only 5 months. Plenty of time to make yourself a banner to hang. As Galandor's Sovereign of Arms, I am holding a competition. It's called Banner War for a reason. The rules are simple- each house...
